Haley Winner attended Xcell Academy here in Birmingham. Shortly after she moved to Atlanta to further her education and career. For a year in Atlanta she worked under Master Stylist, Monica Sullivan, where she perfected dry hair cutting techniques. After moving back to Alabama she has worked in salons around Birmingham, she is excited and pleased to be downtown at Triple Platinum.
